Aura is the Greek and Latin word for a gentle "breeze", and in Greek mythology Aura is a minor goddess of the morning air. In modern English the word also means the "glow" or atmosphere that surrounds a person, which gives the name a mystical touch. Aura has climbed steadily from number 2061 in 2015, entered the US top 1000 in 2023 and reached number 817 in 2025, its best rank so far.
