Tahlia is a spelling of Talia, which has two sources: the Hebrew Talya, meaning "dew from God", and the Greek Thalia, "to blossom" or "flourishing", the name of the muse of comedy. The h spelling is especially common in Australia. In the United States Tahlia has stayed close to the same level for twenty years, from number 2211 in 2000 to a peak of number 1413 in 2009 and number 1700 in 2025.
