Aubrielle is a modern American elaboration of Aubrey with the French-style ending -elle, following the pattern of Gabrielle and Brielle. Aubrey goes back to the Germanic Alberich, "elf ruler", so Aubrielle is best understood as a "blend of Aubrey and Gabrielle". In the United States Aubrielle entered the top 1000 in 2012, peaked at number 732 in 2017 and ranks 1144 in 2025.
