Adilene is a Spanish spelling of Adeline, from the Germanic adal, which means "noble". It is used almost exclusively in Mexico and among Mexican American families, often alongside Adileni. Adilene has hovered just outside the US top 1000 for years: number 1195 in 2000, a peak of number 1008 in 2014 and number 1653 in 2025, with 125 girls.
