Zayvion is a modern American coinage that pairs the fashionable first syllable Zay- with the ending -vion heard in Davion and Javion; the name has no traditional meaning, though its Zav- spellings are often connected to Xavier, "new house". It is mostly chosen in African American families, who favor its strong rhythm. Zayvion rose from number 7411 in 2000 to a peak of number 1348 in 2021 and ranks number 1563 in 2025.
