Vincenzo is the Italian form of Vincent, from the Latin vincens, which means "conquering". The opera composer Vincenzo Bellini is its best-known bearer, and the name has been carried to America by generations of Italian immigrants. Vincenzo has been in the US top 1000 since 2009, was number 816 in 2015 and has climbed to 674 in 2025, its best rank so far.
