Stormie is an English word name, a softened form of Storm with the affectionate -ie ending, and it means exactly what it says: "storm". It has a wild, Western flavor that pairs well with names like Skye and Rain, and the Stormi spelling got a boost when the Jenner-Scott baby was born in 2018. Stormie ranked number 2050 in 2000, peaked at number 1582 in 2001 and stands at number 1865 in 2025.
