Maeven is a modern American blend of Maeve, the Irish name that means "she who intoxicates", and Maven or Raven. It has no history before the 2010s and owes its appeal to the rise of Maeve itself. In the United States Maeven has climbed steadily from around number 7500 in 2015 to number 2878 in 2025, its highest rank to date.
