Lilianna is an elaborated spelling of Liliana, the Spanish and Italian form of Lillian, which goes back to the Latin lilium and means "lily", the flower of purity. The ending can also be read as Anna, "grace", so the name is often understood as a blend of Lily and Anna. Lilianna entered the US top 1000 in 2005, peaked at number 633 in 2012 and has drifted down to number 891 in 2025.
