Jaxtyn is a modern American spelling of Jaxton, which takes Jaxon, the trendy form of Jackson, "son of Jack", and gives it the -ton ending of Paxton and Braxton. The y spelling makes it one of the more unusual members of the large Jax family. Jaxtyn entered the US top 1000 in 2018, peaked at number 585 in 2020 and has dropped quickly since to number 1966 in 2025.
