Jahzara is a modern American name of uncertain origin, usually explained as an Ethiopian name meaning "blessed princess"; it may also be a blend of Jah, the Rastafarian name for God, with Zara. It is used mainly by African American families and shares its sound with Zaria and Amara. Jahzara peaked at number 1741 in 2011, has stayed outside the US top 1000 and ranks number 2308 in 2025.
