Haisley is a modern American coinage with no traditional meaning; it reads as a "blend of Hailey and Paisley", two favorites of the 2010s, and follows the pattern of Ainsley and Hadley. It appeared out of nowhere in the SSA data in the mid-2010s and is sometimes spelled Haizley or Hazely. Haisley entered the US top 1000 in 2018, peaked at number 373 in 2020 and stands at number 479 in 2025.
