Grecia is the Spanish word for "Greece", used as a given name mainly in Mexico and Central America, much like other Spanish place names such as América. It is sometimes also linked to gracia, "grace", though the country name is the usual reading. In the United States Grecia peaked at number 1083 in 2003, ranked 1247 in 2000 and stands at number 1138 in 2025, its best position in two decades.
