Ezlyn is a very recent American coinage that pairs the trendy Ez- sound of Ezra and Esme with the -lyn ending of Evelyn and Adalyn; it has no meaning beyond the names it echoes, though Ezra brings "help" along with it. The name first reached the national list in 2018, peaked at number 2410 in 2019 and ranks number 2664 in 2025 with 65 girls.
