Brayson is a modern American blend of Brayden and Grayson, two of the most popular boys' names of the 2000s and 2010s. It has no meaning of its own beyond the "son of" ending it shares with Grayson and Bryson. Brayson entered the top 1000 in 2014, peaked at number 955 in 2017 and has since dropped back to number 2397 in 2025.
