Weslynn is a modern American coinage that turns Wesley into a girls' name with the popular -lynn ending; Wesley itself is an Old English surname meaning "western meadow". It belongs to the same wave as Oaklynn and Raelynn, where a familiar sound is softened into something new. Weslynn has moved from number 5647 in 2015 to number 2386 in 2025, its best US rank so far.
