Urijah is a spelling of Uriah, the Hebrew name that means "Yahweh is my light" or "the Lord is my flame". In the Bible Uriah the Hittite is the husband of Bathsheba; in modern America the spelling is best known from mixed martial artist Urijah Faber. In the United States the name entered the top 1000 in 2008, peaked at number 619 in 2009 at the height of Faber's fame and has since fallen to number 2876 in 2025.
