Tylen is a modern American coinage, usually read as a blend of Tyler with names like Jalen or Kylen, so it has no established meaning of its own; through Tyler it points back to the Old English occupation "tile maker". Tylen has stayed well below the US top 1000 for decades, standing at number 2799 in 2000 and moving up to number 1633 in 2025, its best rank yet, with 104 boys.
