Preslee is a respelling of Presley, the English surname that means "priest's meadow", from the Old English preost and leah. The surname became a first name through Elvis Presley, and the -lee ending, as in Brynlee and Everlee, is the current American way of marking it as a girls' name. Preslee peaked at number 1091 in 2012, has never entered the top 1000 and stands at number 1509 in 2025.
