Lilah is a spelling of Lila, which comes from the Arabic layla and means "night", and it is also used as a short form of Delilah. The h at the end gives it the look of Sarah and Hannah while keeping the light, flowing sound of Lily. Lilah entered the US top 1000 in 2006, has climbed from number 314 in 2015 to number 179 in both 2024 and 2025 and is at its best rank so far.
