Kinzley is a modern spelling of Kinsley, an English surname from a place name meaning "king's meadow", which became a girls' name in the United States in the 2000s. The z gives it the same spark that turned Mackenzie into Makenzie. Kinzley peaked at number 1123 in 2017, hovered close to that for several years and has eased down to number 1904 in 2025.
