Karely is a name used mainly in Mexican and Mexican-American families; its origin is uncertain, and it is usually explained as a Spanish-language form of Carly or Karla, feminine forms of Charles that mean "free woman". It shares its ending with Yareli and Arely, which helped it catch on. Karely reached its best rank of number 1249 in 2023 and stands at number 2420 in 2025.
