Greysen is a variant spelling of Greyson and Grayson, an English surname usually explained as "son of the grey-haired man" or son of the steward, from the Middle English greyve. The -sen ending gives it a slightly Scandinavian look. Greysen entered the US top 1000 in 2016, peaked at number 956 in 2017 and has since slipped back to number 1965 in 2025.
