Brylee is a modern American name that joins the Bry- of Bryce and Brianna with the -lee ending of Rylee and Kaylee; it has no historical meaning and is best described as a "modern blend". It took off in the 2000s alongside Brynlee and Braylee. In the United States Brylee peaked at number 408 in 2012, slid out of the top 1000 in 2023 and returned at number 992 in 2025.
