Audrina is an elaboration of Audrey, the Old English name Aethelthryth that means "noble strength". It was little used until Audrina Patridge appeared on the MTV reality series The Hills in 2006, after which the name entered the US top 1000 within a year. Audrina peaked at number 320 in 2011, has since faded with the show and ranks number 2329 in 2025.
