Treyson is a modern American name built from Trey, the nickname for a boy who is "the third" of his name, and the surname ending -son, so it reads as "son of Trey". It followed the success of Grayson and Jaxson in the 2000s. Treyson has stayed outside the US top 1000: it peaked at number 1422 in 2009 and ranks number 2756 in 2025 with 47 births.
