Kyzer is an American respelling of Kaiser, the German word for "emperor", which itself descends from the Roman title Caesar. The name took off alongside Ryker and Kyler, sharing their hard-edged sound. Kyzer climbed from number 1607 in 2015 to a peak of number 1024 in 2021, just short of the top 1000, and has eased back to number 1503 in 2025.
